Mia is a young cellist born into a rock-n-roll family. When Mia meets a guy named Adam her life changes and she feels like she just doesn’t belong. On a snow day, Mia and her family decide to go visit family friends but get in a tragic car accident that changes everything. Mia is left in a coma and is able to come out of her body and see everything that is happening. During this time she is going back and forth between past memories and the present. When she realizes that she can decide whether to stay or not she is faced with a difficult decision that must be made.
